In this project, we are trying to look at the many different aspects of the evaluation and facilitation of discussions (online and not). The project involves examining the different methods of evaluation of discussion through a social science lens, as well as intervention strategies (like the escalation ladder) to facilitate the discussions. One a second level, the project aims to employ LLMs in order examine the possibility of automating the task of facilitation or alternatively explore how human facilitators could be trained using LLMs.
The Greek Proverb Map is an innovative, interdisciplinary project focused on cultural preservation using sentiment analysis. It will automatically create the first complete geographic map of regional sentiment found in Greek proverbs (Phase 1). This is followed by on-site validation and community engagement (Phase 2). Finally, the project will launch an interactive educational website to promote proverb collection and intergenerational dialogue (Phase 3). This initiative will generate a unique scientific dataset and a lasting educational resource, supporting Greek culture and education.
